Requests and orders
Browsing the studio, saving a design and submitting a request do not charge you. The final quote confirms what we will make, how many, the material, price, delivery details and timing. Review those details before payment. Tell us about corrections before production starts.
Renders and concepts
Live 3D views represent generated geometry. AI concept renders illustrate a proposed appearance and are labeled as concepts; they are not photographs or proof of a completed print. Filament shade, layer lines and surface appearance can differ from screen images. Concept pieces require a reviewed production model and proof print before fulfillment.
Your submissions
Submit only designs and reference material you own or have permission to use. You authorize Hardpoint to review and process them for your requested project. A request does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing artwork to us. We can decline projects we cannot appropriately produce.
Use and fit
Each product is intended for the use described in its approved specification. Device fit, mounting, material and loads need review for the actual product. Follow the supplied care and installation instructions. Indoor decorative PLA items should be kept away from strong heat. Vases are for dry arrangements unless a suitable insert or water-use specification is agreed.
Design files
Free studio downloads and paid digital files have separate usage conditions on the STL-use page or the specific license supplied with purchase. Buying a physical print does not by itself purchase the model file, exclusive rights or a commercial manufacturing license.
Support
Shipping and changes/returns policies form part of the order information. Contact orders@hardpoint3d.com with your HP reference. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
