Made to order in North Carolina
We print and prepare orders in Carthage, North Carolina. We currently review United States delivery requests. Your quote confirms the destination, shipping charge, material and target ship date before payment.
Production time and transit time
Your target ship date is when we expect to hand the parcel to the carrier. Carrier transit is separate. Custom sculpting, design revisions and larger quantities need an individual schedule. We do not promise a standard turnaround before reviewing your order.
If the schedule changes
We will contact you with the revised timing and the option to agree to the delay or cancel unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. We will not silently move an agreed ship date.
Tracking and address details
Check your delivery address before paying. Tell us about corrections as soon as possible. Once a parcel is dispatched, carrier changes may be limited. We add the carrier and tracking reference to your private order page.
Arrival and care
Open the parcel carefully and keep the packaging until you have checked the print. Contact orders@hardpoint3d.com with your reference if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or appears lost. Printed layers and small finish variations are normal; damage and incorrect fulfillment are not.
