Information you provide
We receive the name, email, delivery location, design settings, notes and files you submit. To fulfill an order we also need its approved specification, delivery address and payment/shipping references. Do not upload passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Why we use it
We use this information to review your request, prepare a quote, communicate about your project, match print files to your order, take payment, produce and ship the item, and resolve support issues. We do not sell your submitted contact information or publish your private designs as a customer gallery without permission.
Service providers
The site uses hosting, database, storage and authentication services supplied through Sites and Cloudflare. Payments are handled by Stripe; card entry happens through its checkout rather than being stored by Hardpoint. Order email and shipping providers receive the information needed to perform those services. Their services also have their own privacy terms.
Saved designs and private links
Anonymous drafts and favorites are stored in your browser. Clearing that storage can remove them. You can explicitly save a shelf to your signed-in account; those designs are stored on our server so you can load them on another device. Short design links store a recipe on our server, and anyone who receives the link can open it. Do not put private information in a design you share. Private order links contain access credentials: keep them private and contact us if one is shared accidentally.
Operational information
Hosting services process information such as network addresses, request times and error logs to operate and protect the site. We use limited request identifiers to reduce duplicate submissions and abuse. We also count studio interactions by day, action and product to understand what people use. Those counters do not store a name, email, network address or session identifier. The browser skips these optional counters when its Do Not Track setting is enabled.
Retention and requests
We retain information while needed for your project, support, business records and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Ask orders@hardpoint3d.com to access, correct or request deletion of your information. We may need to verify the request and retain records that cannot appropriately be deleted.
